"I have never had a personal/life coach. I played sports my entire life and only had coaches for sports. I am so happy that I have incorporated a coach into my life. Over the last six weeks I have been forced to think more about my life, career and what I offer to both. I was pushed to step outside of my comfortable zone. This is honestly what I needed. I have been too comfortable in “my bubble” which has held me back. I am now confident enough to step outside of the bubble thanks to Anita. Thank you for helping me to see how far I have come in my career and thank you for helping me grow into a more confident Black women in a predominantly white field."
